  The purpose of this survey is gain insight into what aspects are desired in the creation of a young adult ministry. It is important to learn what participants may want or need from a ministry before it is created to ensure that the information provided or addressed is not redundant and causes discouragement in participation. Some complaints heard in previous attempts to create ministries are "There was nothing for me.", "I didn't feel included.", or "I don't feel like I have a purpose in this ministry."
