IMPROVING PARISH TECHNOLOGY

• We will improve our live stream technology to ensure a seamless Mass experience for those joining us online.
• We will upgrade our current speakers and add television in the worship space, so the congreation can fully participate during the Mass.
• We will look at upgrading our staff computers, phone system, and security cameras.

PARISH OUTREACH DEVELOPMENT

• We will provide a renewed emphasis on parish outreach as stated in our parish mission statement.
• We will look to hire a parish outreach director and set aside funding for mailings and other events to extend our reach to the community around the parish.
• We must be active in the community through outreach to be the welcoming church that Christ has called us to be.

INVEST IN YOUTH/YOUNG FAMILIES

• One of the most important things we do as a church is inspire children, teenagers, and young adults to follow Christ.
• We will shift our focus to growing the faith of our younger parishioners.
• We will plan to make some physical and technological changed to the youth space.
• We will review our previous initiatives to target new areas for better supporting young families and their development within our parish.
